Evaluations: Before, During & After

Evaluations are a vital tool to help you record both your successes and challenges. Your Meetings and Incentive Program history can be a valuable negotiation tool.

Evaluations can provide a record of where your event has been in the past, benchmark where you are at present and help plan where you want to go in the future. Among the Evaluation Services that we can provide include:

Before the Meeting: We can provide Needs Assessments, Question and Answer sessions and Past Program Evaluations to define the needs, goals and objectives of the attendees, suppliers and total program. These critical evaluation and expectation steps help to ensure outstanding participation and overall program/event success.

During the Meeting: We can evaluate Educational and General Sessions immediately after they conclude. We can create tailored Survey questionnaires that include: Qualitative and/or Quantative data, Survey questions in five basic formats and Ranking Scales.

After the Meeting or Incentive Program: We can customize Questionnaires to evaluate attendees after the Meeting or Incentive Program. This is an excellent benchmark for feedback for the event and provides valuable information and negotiating power for future events.
